Using consultation (and action planning) models which involve joint problem-solving, I can support school staff to understand children’s strengths and areas of need in more depth, in order to bring about positive change.
I can also support nurseries, schools or other settings at an organisational level, through projects such as policy or systems review, audit or development, solution circles for staff, teacher or parent drop-ins, psychological supervision for staff, video enhanced reflective practice (VERP), staff training and professional development on a wide range of topics, supporting with the statutory assessment process, contributing to admissions or other multi-agency panels.
